Lauren Moffett kind of day

This crisp Fall day, is a Lauren Moffatt day.  I want to feel the playfulness and style that the Fall 2010 Lauren Moffatt line brings.  Secretly, I'm thinking of the Spring 2011 line complete with sunglasses, but reality brings me back to fun designs accented with ankle socks, knit hats and fingerless gloves.

What does your day feel like?

Legs Have It

Short, black, leather dresses with fabulous ankle or thigh high boots complimented with big bangles or arm cuffs get me excited for cooler nights with hubby. Add some fun orange sparkle for extra, flirty eyes.

Hands Down, Pink Is In (my closet)

The more I play with looks this month, the more I can't get away from grey and Pink. Pink is not a color that currently occupies my closet, but I'll tell you it's something I plan to add... as soon as I can find the right pieces.

Here is a fabulous, playful, sassy, chic outfit from "Perennial Mom" on ShopStyle. Check out her other looks as this mamma has fabulous style. BTW, the pink dress reminds me of Marc Jacobs Freudian slip from the 80's. I loved it then and love this look now.

Thoughts of Winter

Grey #Seattle days like today, remind me of strong leather accessories for Fall and Winter #Fashion.

On my next outing, I'll be looking for some strong boots in a dark, weathered leather. Same with jackets, something fit so you can see I'm a girl, but not above my waist; just at my waist is perfect (unless it's a fabulous leather trench =)

While I'm out, I'll also keep an eye out for some thick, leather cuffs. Black and White with silver accents works for me. I hate to say it, but something with a little fringe to add a little swish to my wave, would be pretty cool.
